| Age Determination | Age is defined as the age of the unicyclist on the opening day of UNICON (July 23, 2004), not the age on the day of the event. | ||
| Age Groups | Pairs and groups: based on the ages of the oldest participants. Junior Experts: age 14 and under. Experts: no age restrictions. | ||

| World Champion | Winners officially registered in Expert class may earn the title “World
Champion” in the following categories: Standard Skill (Male, Female),
Individual Freestyle (Male, Female), Pairs Freestyle, Open-X, and Group
Freestyle. Likewise, winners in the Jr. Expert class (age 14 and under), if we have a Jr. Expert class, may earn the title “Jr. World Champion” in the same above-memtioned categories. Winners in other classes cannot earn the title “World Champions.” Please register as an Expert or Jr. Expert if you are going for the title “World Champion.” Participants age 14 and under registered as Expert class are eligible to earn the title "World Champion." |

| Buffer materials | The host is going to prepare the buffer
materials for all unicycles. If your saddle/padals of unicycle is/are not for
gymnasium, you must install the cushioning materials to your
saddle/pedals. |

| Washed Shoes | You do not need to buy special indoor
shoes. Simply designate an extra pair of clean shoes as your "indoor shoes," and bring them in your gym bag. |
