Reservations for lodging is now open!

Rooms are being made available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Rooms will only be assigned to overseas registrants until the end of March.
After April 1, we will begin assigning remaining rooms to Japanese registrants.
In other words, after April 1, rooms will be assigned to overseas and Japanese registrants on the same first-come-first-serve basis.
All participants are encouraged to reserve their rooms as soon as possible

There are only 20 2-person rooms. All 2-person rooms are reserved.
There are 109 4-person rooms.

Shared room: If you do not mind having roommates and want to pay the minimum possible. See below for more details

No-Shared room : If you have the exact number of people to fill a room or are willing to pay more for your own room. No-shared rooms can have mixed genders.

As we understand that situations do change, all lodging reservations can be changed via email.

You don't need to reserve a bed for a child age 5 and under who doesn't need a bed.
It means the child can stay with their guardian. Please indicate in the comment box if this applies to your situation.

We will accommodate the number of rooms that you reserve.
We will do our best to put teams together.
Payment
Please pay the accommodation fee by the international wire transfer.
The reservation is completed when we confirmed your payment.
We accept only wire transfers in Japanese yen to the following bank account:

IMPORTANT:
1. All transfer charges on wire transfers, including those that the JUA must pay at the receiving end, are to be borne by  applicant. PLEASE ADD 2500 YEN TO YOUR PAYMENT TO COVER TRANSFER CHARGES at the receiving end. If you have any questions on payments, please contact Mayumi Sakaino at reserve@japanunicyclingassociation.org.
2. The charge of 2500 yen applies to a single wire transfer transaction yen, so it makes sense to consolidate group and team  payments, which requires only a single 2500 yen transfer charge per transaction.
3. Please indicate the name of payer
(the name of the person that makes the actual payment, since it may not be the same as the applicant)
4. You can pay aggregate sum of the lodging fee and your registration fee in one wire transfer.


Refund Policy:
Refund requests received prior to April 1, 2004 will be granted in full. Refund requests received between April 1, 2004 and June 21,
2004 will be granted 50%. Refund requests received on or after June 21, 2004 will not be granted. All refund requests must specify
the desired currency (US dollars, Euros, Yen, etc.). If the currency is not specified on the form the refund will be made in Japanese yen.
Refunds made in other than Japanese yen will have the cost of currency exchange deducted. All refunds will be at the current exchange
rate in Tokyo, at the time the refund request is processed.
