Optional Tour Conditions

1) Items included
Hotel room: For UN-1, sharing twin bed room with bath at first class hotel in Kyoto
Single supplement charge will be added, for single occupancy as specified in the programs.
Meals: As specified in the itinerary.
Railway: JR bullet train tourist class reserved seats.
Transfers: by motor coach or subway
Sightseeing: by deluxe motor coach. Admission fees to specified visiting places are included
Guide: An English speaking guide.
Gratuities: Tips to driver and hotel staff are included 
Pick-up services: From National Olympic Youth Center
Baggage: The transfer and handling of 1 piece of normal sized luggage per person, including recap
Fees, where specified in the itinerary
Tax: Consumption tax 5% included.
   

2) Items not included
1.   Charges and expenses not specified in the itinerary.
2.   Telephone calls, laundry, meals, and beverages not indicated in the itinerary.
3.   Any expenses of personal nature.
4.   Excess luggage.

3) Cancellation Charges

Just prior to departure time or failure to show without notice------ 100% of tour fare

4) Organized Tour Contract & Responsibility These tour programs are operated by NIPPON TRAVEL AGENCY CO., LTD., International Travel Division, which has been appointed as the official travel agent for the games.

Responsibility:
  In case of natural disaster, labor dispute of transportation companies or other facilities or any other causes beyond NTA’s control, we Nippon Travel Agency reserves the right with advance notice to clients to alter a part of all of the tour itinerary, services or any other portions of the Organized Tour Contract in order to effect safe and smooth execution of the tour.

5) Important notice

  Tours may be cancelled if the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants required.  The Tour fare quoted is effective on 2004 unless otherwise specified in the tour description.  However, in the event of any marked increase in transportation fares and fees to us or any alterations to tour itineraries caused by reason beyond tour control, we reserve the right to revise any contracted fares.
